Complaints Procedure
Here at ‘hello me’ we strive to provide the very best care and service to all of our members. If for any reason you are unhappy with an experience that you have had here at ‘hello me’ please contact Rashmi Chattopadhyay the business owner and clinical lead via email rashmi@
We promise to listen to all of your concerns and if you wish to make a formal complaint we will send you the necessary paperwork. We will respond to your complaint within 10 working days and hopefully resolve the situation.
